- Lunch and dinners include a variety of salads (served at the table or buffet), followed by a fish starter. The menu features poultry, red meat, assorted vegetables, desserts, pastries, and fruits. And don’t forget the famous “truffle lamb.”
On holidays and Shabbat, meals are served at the table, while during school vacations, they are presented buffet-style.
- First day of Chol Hamoed: a grand barbecue is organized.
- Second day of Chol Hamoed: a fish barbecue is planned.
