Thalassa Boutique Hotel & Spa is an integral part of the complex but is reserved exclusively for adults and young people aged 16 and over.

- Tefillos are led by experienced chazonim, daily shiurim and divrei Torah are delivered by respected rabbi Dov Lellouche, experienced Rabbi, Mohel and Lecturer. He's renowned for his expertise. He practices in Paris and the Paris region.
