Passover: A Culinary Celebration
During the days of Passover, we will experience an Israeli and international culinary celebration and of course African Oriental touches with a team of expert chefs, cooks and pastry chefs, some of whom will arrive in advance from Israel in order to prepare a rich menu in the purity of the holiday tradition, with an emphasis on a high level of kashrut – "Kosher Mehadrin", service and uncompromising quality.
The largest and most magnificent Passover seder on the African continent "we are all Mesubin in Kenya" that will take place at the Royal Shaza Beach Resort, which will be the kosher and the central resort located in the "queen of coastal cities – Mombasa Kenya ".
Kashrut:
- "Kosher Mehadrin", Matzah Shmura on the Seder night and for those who wish throughout the holiday under the supervision of Rabbi Shlomo Katzin Shlita.
- The hotel will be reinforced with two more Mashgiach kashrut additional to the existing Mashgiach who stays throughout the year at the hotel, to supervise the general kashrut of the hotel, dining rooms, restaurants and rooms.
Meals on safari:
- Mobile kitchens, chefs and kitchen staff, accompanied by a kosher supervisor, will travel with clients to the safari reserves and will be accompanied by fresh and cooked meals throughout the stay on the safari lodges.
Synagogue:
- The hotel has a permanent synagogue with a Torah scroll that is used by the groups to hold Sephardic/Ashkenazi minyanim according to their preferences.
