The stay is entirely Glatt Kosher (Mehadrin), Without Kitnyot, Non Gebrocht, under the supervision of Rav Daniel Benhamou from Jerusalem. It is on a full board basis. Meals are served buffet style, breakfast and lunch, and menus are served at the table every night.
