KOSHER SERVICES
Banyan Tree Mayakoba offers high quality Kosher food that adheres to the most demanding and orthodox requirements. We have a long-withstanding relationship with Cancun’s best supplier “Experience Kosher”, who has a remarkable reputation and works closely with the Cancun Chabad Jewish Center. Their Kosher products are supplied from around the world, including Mexico City and New York. When the product is delivered to our Culinary team, our Chefs personally take care of verifying and signing-off for the food, to later heat accordingly and serve as indicated.

Heating of your Kosher Food and Serving of, in any of our restaurants or in the villa, $25USD plus 16% taxes and 15% service charge per person per meal.
If you are planning to bring your own food, we can help you storage it in our kitchen upon your arrival. Once you arrive to our hotel, you will be asked to sign a Liability Form for both the products received from a third party purveyor or for the ones you are bringing along.
It is possible for you to have dinner at any of our restaurants. You only need to let us know in advance so your food can be heated and served. There is a fee of $25USD plus taxes and service charge per person for this service. On the other hand, some kosher guests ask to use the minibar to storage their food. If you decide to do so, we can take the products out from the minibar with an extra fee of $25USD plus taxes and service charge.
