This very well equipped 3 and ½ rooms' apartment is, on the third floor of an attractive chalet set back from the road. The chalet is situated on the eastern side of Crans, close to the center of Crans-Montana and is in a sunny position with stunning views over the Alps and the Rhone Valley.
Details: 80m² area, one master bedroom with 2 beds, one bedroom with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, one large leaving room with a dining table corner (seating 6-8) and a seating area (seating 6-8) in front of the fireplace, a living balcony with sun all day long.
The resort offers many summer and winter activities. It takes less than three minute to drive to the town centre and cable car stations. There is a bus stop and a phone box a few meters away from outside the chalet. Buses are free to and from the town and cable car stations. There is lift access and a locker room for skies and golf clubs on the ground floor. Approach to the chalet is possible all the year round and there are ample car parking spaces. A large grass area is ideal for children to sledge or play.

Crans Montana also known as Crans-Sur-Sierre, is made up of 3 villages creating a lively atmosphere and a well serviced resort with over 50 bars and restaurants, a casino and numerous clubs. There is a large affluence of Jews from both Geneva and Milan Jewish communities and a Synagogue active daily in the winter and summer high seasons. In low seasons there often is minian during Shabbat. The Mikve is only 85 kilometers away in Lausanne.
Ski: Crans Montana is a ski and sun seekers dream resort. This cosmopolitan resort is perched on a south facing plateau overlooking the Rhone valley, famous for the number of sunny days in each season, with extraordinary panoramic views of the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and the Swiss Alps. The variety of slopes includes the famous 'Coupe des Dames' championship run. There are many different runs that suit all levels of skiers. Three high speed lifts, with huge car parks, ensure minimum queuing, and all slopes run back to the village. Winter activities include: ice rinks, skiing schools, and snow parks. It is a great and cost effective way to go skiing with your family or a group of friends. The flat is so cosy when you get back from the slopes, that there are few things more relaxing than to sit by the fire with a glass of wine and recuperate after a hard day skiing.
Golf: Crans-Montana is not just about skiing, in the summer it is also a great Golfing resort. The locals are extremely and justifiably proud of The European Golf Masters which takes place each year in September. This year is a particularly important one and the Masters takes place first and second week in September. (6 to 11th) If you are a golfer why not get away for a great few days watching the Champions battling it out with each other in one of the most beautiful settings in the world? For a few days in September all the 'Beautiful People' flock to Crans to see some really spectacular golf. During the summer, the activities include a hot air balloon ride, tennis, horseback riding, mountain hiking, paragliding, and golfing.
