THE ÀNI KOSHER PACKAGE
As a private resort designed exclusively for a single group, ÀNI Sri Lanka is the trusted choice for a kosher vacation. Observant guests that wish to keep kosher during their stay need not make any compromise whatsoever on their culinary experience, be that service (no paper/plastic) or menu variety.
A full kosher program can be offered at each of our four private resorts, at any time of year. First and foremost, a Mashgiach is brought in in advance to kosher our kitchen, dining ware, cookware, and equipment. Each resort has a separate kosher-specific selection of cutlery, cookware, utensils and crockery that are unpacked/sealed by our Mashgiach on arrival/departure. A Mashgiach will be at the resort for the entirety of any kosher stay. They will be on hand to advise as well as supervise our executive chefs in the preparation of traditional dishes, such as Cholent for Shabbat.
