the jewish roman tradition lives here. fried artichokes and mozzarella, fresh pasta, anchovies with endive...

We had a pleasant Italian Roman lunch, not all the dishes of gourmet quality yet all good, reasonably priced and the choice from the menu a relief in a city whose cuisine is a real problem for kosher vegetarians. The service was gracious. At our request the chef also prepared us an artichoke lasagna and a selection of antipastas and salads for our shabat meals, as well as as a pair of home-made challahs, all packed for take-away, and all of which we enjoyed very much.
