Friday 18 April

Arrive in Cape Town. Settle in. late morning Afternoon tour of the city, or relax on the beach or at the pool. For those who arrive on Thursday, a full morning of touring can be arranged.

Saturday 19 April - Monday 21 April

Enjoy an exciting Shabbos/Pesach programme in Cape Town. Daven in the variety of Jewish communities, enjoy guest speakers from the Cape Town community as well as our own guest speakers and Chazzanim.Baalei tefila, and enjoy some of the lovely walks the the world’s most scenic city has to offer.
Full Sedarim with option of communal, guided seder or private family seder.

Tuesday 22 April

Ascend the world famous Table Mountain by cablecar or for the adventurous, by foot. Enjoy some of the world’s best views. Spend an afternoon at leisure on one of Cape Towns’ beautiful beaches, or shopping in one of the city’s highly competitive shopping malls or take an afternoon cruise to Robben Island, the famous prison island complex where Nelson Mandela spent much of his life.

Wednesday 23 April

Take a scenic drive round the magnificent Cape Peninsula to Cape Point, the meeting point of two oceans. Visit the famous Penguin Colony and take a cruise out to Seal Island, where thousands of Seals can be seen, and a real llive shipwreck.

Thursday 24 April

Early morning flight to Johannesburg and on to Victoria Falls.
View the world’s largest curtain of falling water, where the 6000 foot wide Zambezi River plunges 250 feet down , creating spray which can be seen from 20km aways.

As this is peak flow time, 500 million litres of water per minute pour down the falls, and the sight is unbeatable.

Friday 25 April

Rise early for an exciting safari in the prestigious Chobe National Park, where we hope to see elephant, buffalo, hippo,lion, and many other species of animals, as well as a stunning sunrise on the river banks. In the mid afternoon, enjoy a stunning cruise on the Chobe River, hoping to get up close views of crocodile, hippo, elephant, and much more.
Return to lodge on time to prepare for Yom Yov.

Saturday 26 - Sunday 27 April

Enjoy a stunning last two days of Yom Tov at a lodge on the river banks.
Minyanim, guest speakers and Baalei Tefila, childrens programmes, and village walks.

A great exotic location to end your yom tov.

Monday 28 April

Another full day of jeep and boat-based safaris in the Chobe National Park, including a dramatic Chobe sunset on the river.

Tuesday 29 April

Rise early and cross into Zambia for a look at the other side of the Victoria Falls. Return flight to Johannesburg, where the tour ends.
