The Arizona Biltmore is a beautiful resort on 39 acres of lushly landscaped grounds. With 8 swimming pools and 6 outdoor whirlpool spas, this facility includes 7 tennis courts, two 18-hole golf courses, an 18-hole putting course, lawn games, fitness center and spa. Danziger Kosher Catering provides the Passover catering. His chefs work together with the hotel's own award winning chefs to produce a gourmet's delight. The Passover food is Glatt Kosher under the supervision of the Phoenix Vaad HaKashruth. The program includes children's program, aerobics, dancing, live entertainment and the traditional services, lectures and classes to complete the program.

The 5 star Augustus Hotel is the largest and most elegant of the hotels in beautiful Forte Dei Marmi along the upscale section of the Italian Riviera. Spread out over a large tree-laden estate, this large private beach-front facility contains the finest sand which gently flows into the blue Mediterranean Sea. This Tyrrhenian seaside resort is further enhanced by warm weather and enchanting vistas. The hotel contains a large heated swimming pool surrounded by trees, flowers and tropical palms, along with a fitness room, and 5 clay tennis courts.

A new addition to our program is the 4 Star Hotel Hermitage, a beautiful sister-property of the Augustus Hotel. This hotel boasts a magnificent 15,000 square meter park and children’s playground and a lovely heated swimming pool.
The chefs and staff of each hotel will be working with the kosher chefs of Minkowitz Caterers of Milan. They will create a fantastic culinary experience drawing the best of Italian, continental and traditional Jewish fare. Their incomparable Passover delicacies will be under the Kashruth Supervision of Rabbi G.M. Garelik of Milan. Our Orthodox services, lectures, and children’s programs on each site along with sightseeing, shopping, golfing and boating will round out for a complete and exciting European trip.
