Danziger Kosher Catering provides the Passover catering. His chefs work together with the hotel's own award winning chefs to produce a gourmet's delight. The Passover food is Glatt Kosher under the supervision of the Phoenix Vaad HaKashruth. The program includes children's program, aerobics, dancing, live entertainment and the traditional services, lectures and classes to complete the program.

We are pleased to announce that our New York Pesach Program this year will take place at the newly renovated Rye Town Hilton, in Westchester, New York. A mere 30 minutes from Manhattan, this luxury hotel is set amidst 45 acres of verdant green landscape and gardens that invite guests to explore its beautiful grounds.

The hotel has just completed a $30 million dollar extensive renovation including all spacious and elegant guest rooms and suites. All rooms have been upgraded with luxurious amenities including a 42" LCD flat screen TV. The ballrooms and public areas of the hotel have also been completely renovated. Relax at the indoor swimming pool or whirlpool, get a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center, or enjoy a game of tennis at the indoor tennis complex.

On Chol HaMoed, we will be offering an early Shacharit minyan, early breakfast, boxed lunch, and complimentary transportation to and from the Metro North Station.

The chefs and staff of the hotel will be working with the kosher chefs of Minkowitz Caterers of Milan. They will create a fantastic culinary experience drawing the best of Italian, continental and traditional Jewish fare.
