Culinary Master and Executive Chef Randy Dupuis is the driving force behind the Pillar and Post’s 11 straight years of Four Diamond Dining Excellence. He is not only widely regarded as one of Canada’s most respected chef’s; he also has an intimate knowledge of Pesach dining. Prepare to enjoy a truly incredible dining experience. Our program is Gebrokts and uses only shemura matza, cholov yisorel and is glatt kosher.
