"TotallyJewishTravel Inc" (TJT Inc) is the company that operates the www.TotallyJewishTravel.com website, serving as an intermediary for the information contained but not, in any way, as a Kashrut Authority. TJT inc respects any Restaurant and/or business which has a Kosher Certificate (a Jewish Rabbinical permit for being and Keeping Kosher), and allows it to upload its business information to the TotallyJewishTravel website.
Please note that TJT Inc does not check every Kosher source for every item in the database on a daily basis. Therefore, users should check properly the type of Hashgacha and it's source, and decide for himself if it complies with his beliefs and definition of "Kashrut".
This is also true when you search for a Synagogue, a Jewish Community etc.
TJT Inc trusts the honesty & good will of surfers worldwide, and relies on their feedback and updates.
However, TotallyJewishTravel.com's editors will never add or update an entry automatically, but only after verification tests and data cross-examination to minimize the possibilities of mistakes (that can be a result of constant changes and updates).
In any case, always check and verify the validity of the Kosher certificate / permit on the premises in person!
