Kosher cuisine will be freshly prepared on board exclusively for our group by our own chefs hand picked from Israel’s finest 5 star hotels under the direction of Chef Ariel Porat - Executive Chef of the famous 5-star Dan Accadia Hotel in Herzliya, Israel.

The kitchen and Mashgichim are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Ori Einhorn, member of the American Rabbinical Council and certified by the Israeli Rabbinate. A graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion where he obtained his Semicha, Rabbi Einhorn is also a certified Shochet and has previously served as a Rosh Kollel and at the pulpit.
